Our standard shipping fee is USD $15.00 per order.
Customers at the same address can combine their orders on one credit card for a single shipping fee.
Order Delays
Although we strive to avoid them, delivery delays can occur. Always be ready to purchase your medications from your local pharmacy if needed.

We are dedicated to offering exceptional customer service and will make every effort to respond to your inquiries within 72 hours of receipt. Please note that a surge in information requests may impact our response times.
Package Tracking:
You can track your package using the Canada Post Track a Package service. To obtain your tracking number, please contact us by phone. Your Canada Post tracking number will look similar to: 23017101598 or CE017101598CA.

Delivery Time
For all orders: Due to current demand, please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery after your prescription order is processed. First-time users may need additional time for provider information verification.
Important: To ensure timely delivery, we need a corresponding prescription from your doctor and correct credit card details. If you are using electronic checks (e-check) for payment, we must confirm the funds before releasing the order, which may delay it by about 5-7 business days. Despite our best efforts, order delivery delays can sometimes occur (e.g., backorders, mail issues, customs delays, lost shipments, etc.). Discount RX Mart cannot be held liable for these delays. Always be prepared to purchase your medications locally to cover such scenarios.
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your prescription drug orders up until the day they are shipped without incurring any fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS*. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, unless the medication received does not match your original prescription. A full medication cost plus a $15.00 shipping fee will be charged for unauthorized returns or packages returned due to the customer's refusal of shipment. (*Discount RX Mart cannot accept the return of any used or partially used medications or non-prescription items).
